Betaine – Je to čistý kryštalický prášok, rozpustný vo vode. Vyrába sa z cukrovej repy. Betaín zvyšuje nutričnú hodnotu a chuť samotných návnad, čím vylepšuje ich účinnosť. Pridáva sa do samotných zmesí na výrobu boilies, ale aj do vnadiacich zmesí. Použiť ho môžeme aj pri výrobe samotných dipov. Doporučené dávkovanie 8 až 20g na 1kg suchej zmesi.

Your buddies you mentioned are followers.Followers are much easier to employ and deal with for they do not question orders they follow them and that's what employees are supposed to do. Also our civilian establishment is much less rigid or dead-line oriented then that of military. Human lives are not on the line that often except maybe with firemen or police force.Also as a leader you represent a threat to any level of management including the directors of the company for they are afraid your leading capabilities will surface almost immediately challenging their positions.I am not suggesting you lower your level of expertise or God forbid pretend something you are not just to land a job. No. You certainly do have your place in any corporate structure that is much needed, perhaps your approach should be modified.Which part of California are you from? I do have good business contacts in seaervl locations there that I would be willing to pass you over to for an interview.
